Project Manager (Biodegradable Packaging Products)


Job description

  1. Responsible for full-cycle project management of degradable packaging products, including initial market research, business negotiations, product supply, and after-sales service;
  2. Deeply understand the material functional needs of end customers, collaborate with the R&D team to assist in the development of new materials;
  3. Manage project costs and profit margins, identify project risks, and propose risk control recommendations and solutions;
  4. Maintain customer relationships, effectively handle and resolve customer complaints, and assist in optimizing technology and processes to prevent similar issues from recurring;
  5. Follow compliance procedures, ensure project milestones are met, and maintain product quality throughout the project lifecycle.


Job requirements

  1. Master's degree or above, with a background in ESG-related fields or a combination of business management and related studies. Overseas study experience is a plus;
  2. Experienced in e-commerce, cloud warehousing, logistics, and related industries and products;
  3. Responsible and detail-oriented, with strong communication skills and excellent teamwork abilities;
  4. Able to handle external pressure, maintain emotional stability, and be committed to long-term project development;
  5. Proficiency in English, with strong listening and speaking skills for communication with overseas clients.
